Locally Sourced Timber Constructed of locally sourced furniture grade North American solid wood pine timber.
Accepts Your Finish Our natural wood crates readily accept common paint, stain, and sealer meant for bare wood surfaces.
Laser Etched Heat Branding Our laser-etched branding process burns your chosen image deep into the surface, revealing the wood’s unique character within. Note that we do not charge a plate or setup fee for processing your artwork.
Sturdy Construction Constructed of ¾” end panels and ⅜” slats, nailed at all stress points providing years of service as a keepsake storage container.
Interior dimensions are 6 in x 5 in x 2½ in expressed as Length X Width X Height. Slatted sides equal Length. To determine outside dimensions, add 1½” to the length, ¾” to the width, and ⅜” to the height. All dimensions expressed are approximate and may vary by up to ⅛”.
You are purchasing small gift crates bulk packaged by the number of units specified in your order. This includes the application of your custom branded image ONLY if you have purchased that option at the additional cost indicated. Your purchase does NOT include accessories displayed with the crates in our photographs.
Natural wood crates by Carpenter Core can be used as-is or will accept the most common paint, stain, and other decorative finishes. Due to the nature of wood, no two boards are exactly alike. The coloring, grain, knots, and other characteristics will vary. Surfaces may feature some mild saw tooth ridges with little to no feathering of the wood fibers. This adds to the old-world look but maybe sanded smooth by the purchaser if desired.
Care and Cleaning
Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Mars can be removed from a natural unfinished wood surface by using a white eraser or fine sandpaper.
Sustainability & Environment
Being constructed of solid wood, fabrication minimizes the consumption of fossil, or finite resources relative to containers constructed of paper, cardboard, metal, or plastic. Solid wood is a naturally biodegradable renewable resource.
Made by Carpenter Core LLC in Gurley, AL USA from locally harvested timber.
